You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any justification.

The cutoff for canceling an order is 30 days from when you received the items or when a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your cancellation right, you need to inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will issue a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, and there will be no fees for the refund.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• The items were purchased within the last 30 days

• The items are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

• Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

• Items that are, after delivery, intertwined with other products in a way that makes them inseparable.

We maintain the right to refuse any returns for items that do not satisfy the above conditions at our discretion.

Returning Items

You are responsible for both the cost and the risk involved in returning the items to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We will not be liable for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to process a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of the return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were indicated as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not listed as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be provided to the gift giver.
